Advantage Program (Insulin)

Any Employer Group, regardless of Industry, may seek recovery from being overcharged for Insulin related products, as long as that Employer Group has utilized one of the qualifying Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) – Express Scripts, CVS / Caremark or OptumRx (or their progeny), between 2011 – 2024. Those Plans that did not use any of these PBMs would NOT be eligible. Executing the AP Agreement and completing the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) provides SourceBridge Group with some of the basic information needed to start the process of pursuing and attempt to secure recoverable monies on behalf of impacted Employer Groups.
